1. Order Processing
Orders are prepared and dispatched within three to five business days after payment confirmation.
This time is used for order verification, quality checks, and protective packaging.
You will receive a shipment notification once your order leaves our facility.
- Processing runs Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- During peak demand, small delays may occur with updates provided by email.
- Orders placed outside business hours are processed on the next working day.
2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Delivery speed depends on destination, carrier routing, service level, and local handling.
The timelines below are general estimates.
- Domestic delivery where available: Approximately five to seven business days after dispatch.
- International delivery: Approximately fourteen to twenty one business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Delivery may be affected by customs processing, weather, or carrier disruptions.
Tracking details provide the most current shipment status.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, parcel size, weight, and selected service.
All charges are shown before you confirm your order.
- Free shipping may be available during limited promotions.

- Shipping fees are non refundable once an order has been dispatched.
4. Shipment Tracking
After dispatch, a tracking number is sent to the email used at checkout so you can monitor delivery progress. You can also view updates through our Track Your Order page.
5. Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or handling fees set by local authorities.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee paid to Rzxea.
- Import duties, taxes, and local fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Parcels refused due to unpaid fees may be returned and refunded minus shipping costs.
- Customs related delays are outside our control and can extend delivery time.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Once a parcel is transferred to the carrier, delivery handling is managed by the courier network.
While carrier operations are outside our direct control, Rzxea will assist whenever possible to help resolve delivery concerns.
- If tracking shows delivered but the parcel is missing, check nearby locations or contact the local courier.
- Missing shipments may require a carrier investigation or claim review.
- For damaged items, keep all packaging and contact us promptly with photos.
7. Correct Delivery Information
Please confirm your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout.
Rzxea is not responsible for delays or misdelivery caused by incorrect address details.
- Contact us immediately if you need an address correction before dispatch.
- Address changes cannot be made once the order is in transit.
8. Returned to Sender Packages
Parcels returned due to refusal, failed delivery attempts, or address issues are handled as follows:
- Reshipment: Available after payment of additional shipping fees.
- Refund: Issued after deduction of original shipping and handling costs.
